On today's episode I talk about the 2 great emotional states, we are either in one or the other.
I have learned a lot about what are potencial really is by a guy named Tony Robbins, I learned these emotional states from him and am trying to keep myself in one of them as long as possible and trying to avoid the other at all costs.
If we go all the way back to the foundation of our emotional state we can but them in two categories. We are either in a beautiful state of a suffering state.
The beautiful state is when we are feeling love, joy, gratitude, awe, playfulness, ease, creativity, drive, caring, growth, curiosity or appreciation.
When we are in a suffering state we feel stressed out, worried, frustrated, angry, depressed, irritable, overwhelmed, resentful or fearful.
If we are not in the beautiful state we are literally suffering!
I talk about the states and a way that Tony uses and we can all use to jump out of the suffering state as soon as possible and return to the beautiful state.
