On the latest episode I talk about some stuff I am reading in a book by Mark Manson.

There are things we know we should be doing but for some reason don’t do them. For example exercise, for some reason we always make up an excuse not to do it, but why? If we know we need to exercise why do we not do it 3-5 times a week. Well, today I give you a reason a little more deep than just making excuses why we might not be doing the things that we know we should be doing. Great stuff!
