Today I continue with the tradition I started over 2 years ago with the Wellness Farmer podcast! For the last 2 years around this time I have shared an episode for mother’s. Our mother’s do so much for us and many times we don’t even notice. Its like the important role of our subconscious mind in our overall health and well-being. For the majority of us much of our health especially in our early years is thanks to our mothers. The ways they taught us to eat healthy and the love they showed us helped us become the loving people we are today.
I also give a little update about the most important woman in my life! I still have three very important woman alive teaching me pretty much daily and now I have a little girl who also teaches me leaps and bounds about life.
Even if it isn’t Mother’s day, take some time and tell your mother and wife of your children those special words you know she want’s to hear. If you do that you are going to be living your life just a little better one episode at a time!
