On todays episode, I talk about what I think to be one of the greatest and fastest ways to start you on the path to health and wellness. Not only is it a great way to get us on the path to health and wellness but I believe that it is something we must develop to be able to reach our health potencial. What I talk abut today is gratitude and the importance of being grateful in good times and bad times.
I share with you a moment in my life where I learning the importance of gratitude the hard way. It was years later that I fully understood what had happened but has been a great reminder in my life to always be grateful.
I also share an experience that I had not to long ago that shows the importance and the effect of being grateful even with the little things in life.
Our level of physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual health is dependent on how grateful we are.
