It has been a while since I interviewed but I had a great time chatting about health and wellness with Alexander. Another great perspective of what is health and well-being. Enjoy and share!
We talked about many things, we talked about his story and how he has evolved over the years to his way of thinking. He has done many things to learn including learning and teaching yoga and a type of meditation called Vipassana. He has also been a wilderness therapy field guide, and Vision Quest facilitator.
