On todays episode, which happens to fall on wellness week I am taking on some questions that people ask when they want to lose weight.
What should I eat to lose weight? and What should I not eat to lose weight?
I am going to talk about a mindset that totally makes these question irrelevant. To reach our ideal weight (listen to hear my thoughts on ideal weight) we should be asking ourselves different questions.
Once we are asking the right questions we can than talk about the foods one should eat and not eat.
