On today’s episode, which happens to be on wellness week I talk about a very important aspect of health and wellness. It is absolutely vital that we involve what I am going to talk about in our lives. Today I talk about sleep and some of the reasons why we must get a good nights rest.
Most people know it is important to sleep but they don’t do it because they have to get things done. that is not a reason to not sleep. We work much better and get a lot more done with a good nights rest. When we rest our bodies and minds we wake up refreshed physically, mentally and spiritually. We have to give our bodies this time.
Today I talk about some of the reasons why we must get a good nights rest and in future episodes I will talk about how we can get a better nights rest, which starts when we wake up.
