We are on wellness week and I am giving you three ways you can improve your sleep today. The better our rest the more healthy and well we will be.

  • The importance of getting more sun, being outside and enjoying the suns rays. Not sitting at a desk near a window.
  • The importance of getting rid of screen time 90 minutes before we go to bed.
  • The importance of sleeping at a certain time to get the maximum benefit of sleep.
