WELCOME TO THE WELLNESS FARMER PODCAST

WHERE YOUR HEALTH IS MADE SIMPLE ONE EPISODE AT A TIME!!

Oct 26, 2021

Jordan was going through a very hard time when he returned to his ancestral roots of playing in the dirt. For Jordan it was a life changer. Working with the soil made him feel different and he loved it. He wasn’t stuck thinking about the terrible moment he was going through. He actually started to learn from it.

Jordan is helping many people going through hard times using nature and more than anything the garden. His story is inspiring and you get to hear it here on the Wellness Farmer Podcast.

For many people the garden is for food but as you will hear today it is so much more than that.

I really enjoyed this conversation because it is something that I personally have experienced and to see how others have also been through it in their own special way is something very special.

Jordan is doing awesome things, get in touch with him on Instagram @mindandsoil and his website www.mindandsoil.com
