Most of us include vegetables in our selection of food because we believe them all to be healthy. Well that just isn't the truth. That doesn't mean we can't eat them though.
Bill doesn't ask the question what can I eat? He asks the question how do I prepare it so I can eat it?
We talk about the number one way to prepare vegetables to make them as safe as possible.
We also dive a little deeper into the potato because so many, including me eat potatoes. Using the method he talks about in this episode you will be eating French fries that are actually healthy!
