I really enjoyed chatting with James. You are going to enjoy this one. Physical health depends basically on two lifestyles, what we eat and how we move. Today our focus is how we must move.
Of course we have to live in a way where we focus not only on physical health but mental and spiritual health but on this episode my guest and I are focusing on something that interests me more and more and I find more and more important - movement and not just movement but movement against weight.
James has a ton of experience with natural movements with weights and he explains in todays episode not only the reason why we need to be moving against weight but how we should be moving against weight.
