This week is wellness week and on today’s episode I talk about your personal diet. What you personally, yes you, listening to this podcast should be eating! There is a pretty good way to know what foods you should be consuming more of.
Of course we know we should eat lots of veggies with good meats and fats and nuts and small amounts of grains with no processed food. But…what should I be eating? What should I be looking to eat? Those are good questions we should all ask ourselves!
Well today I give you a way to answer those questions!
Our paleolithic ancestors gave us a great example of how to eat and I explain that today. But who can show us what to eat? Well, we don’t need to go that far back to get the answer. Listen today to find out.
