Physical inactivity is an abnormal event for genes that are programmed to expect physical activity. Knowing that physical activity is essential to our health the first thing that needs to be done is make the decision to change our belief system about physical activity. By changing our belief systems about the importance of physical activity we can now make the decision to move more not because we have to but because we want to.
With the desire to move more now the question. What are the human exercise, energy expenditure and physical fitness requirements in terms of our genetic cell function?
