On the latest episode, I discuss why I believe the permaculture lifestyle is a great way to help you feel your best. I am only sharing a very small portion of why I feel this. If we want to find health, if we want to be healthy we have to have a healthy biosphere. Our journey to health begins as we build and heal the ecosystem we are an integral part of, not in control of but an integral part of. Permaculture brings all the tools into one tool bag to do just that.
This is where this podcast is going to take you. Not just more mental and physical energy and better health but a more healthy ecosystem where we work at becoming more interdependent on each other, not any state and take personal responsibility for ourselves and our families.
