On today’s episode I give a brief overview of an article that I read a long time ago by appleseed permaculture about 8 ways to build capital. You might be wondering what does this have to do with health, these forms of capital not only free us financially but are ways to build a life where we can focus on the important parts of life, our health being one of the most important focuses. Having capital is so much more than having a savings account full of green pieces of paper.
Today I give a brief overview of all 8 and on future episodes I will go into detail explaining how each one is important to your health and well-being.
