On today's episode I take on a topic that is very difficult, everyone of us has been affected by it. Suffering, something we will all encounter even if we try with everything we have to avoid it.
To help explain the why in suffering I use a book written by Victor Frankl. Victor was a nazi concentration camp survivor that went through unimaginable pain and suffering.
Through his book "Man's search for meaning," he explains how we should bear our suffering using his experiences at the concentration camp.
I highly recommend reading the whole book. Click on this link to purchase the book.
I am planning on talking about books I have read or are reading in one episode a month let me know what you think of the idea in the comments section of the podcast or on facebook.
