Today I talk about something that I am trying to cut down on. The use of social media. I believe and now there is some evidence to show that social media is not healthy. From increasing back posture to feeling more lonely.
I talk about why we should be on social media less and some ways we can cut back a little and for others a lot. It has been shown that there are some people that are on social media for over 2 hours a day.
Listen as I give some tips on how we can decrease our social media time and use that time to actually build better relationships with the people that are around us.
