Alright, first things first, I know that this podcast focuses on ways to grow your own food so we can be as healthy as possible but the fact of the matter is that health is a lot more than just consuming chemical free foods grown on fertile soil in the freshest way possible.
So I will also be taking on other subjects every once in a while, first off, answering your questions that you send me and secondly what I see affecting so many people and a lot of the times even me, like in today’s episode. Hopefully you enjoy this episode and most importantly take something out of it and apply it to your lives today!
I have been studying happiness because what I am seeing more and more is that the internal battle is what makes us so unhealthy. We are seeing a lot more disease because of our unhealthy internal situation.
There is a great book that I just got done reading that is called “Solve for Happy” by Mo Gawdat. It is a great read where he explains how each and everyone of us can return to happiness.
Mo asks in his book: Why should something so basic be so hard to find?
