On today’s episode I take on a topic about nutrition. How we can decrease inflammation with foods. Most people just take a pill but it has been shown that food does a lot better job than the medication will ever do and there are no secondary effects.

I recommend using these foods regularly so we can prevent the inflammation from getting to the point of causing a physical symptom.

The 10 foods I talk about are:

  • Beets
  • Broccoli

  • Walnuts
