We now know the enormous importance of the state of mind in health. Unfortunately life long learning, purposeful positive thinking and visualization, goal setting, unconditional love for self and others, having a defined life purpose and spiritually are perceived as optional tools for treating illness.
No, they are the real solution to creating emotional wellness. By supplying paradigms, belief systems, interpretation of environment and internal dialogue and thoughts that are consistent with our innate values we are giving our bodies what they need to be healthy.
But what are our innate values, today I talk about one method you can use to help you find your innate values.
