Today I bring you a great conversation, more than a conversation it is a "how to" show. Jeremy comes back to go through the process step by step on how to take cabbage and turn it into sauerkraut. He makes it simple and gives you those tips on how to make the best sauerkraut for your health.
Jeremy explains using the metric system so here is the conversion of his numbers
1 liter jar is 33 fluid ounces
750 grams of cabbage is 26 ounces
The salt ratio needed is 2.25% which is 19 grams or .67 ounces
