On today’s episode, which happens to fall on permaculture week I am taking on one of the 8 forms of capital that I talked about a couple weeks back. To reach our health potencial we need to be always looking to improve or become more healthy in all forms of capital, this is what gives us the time and the energy and really the desire to become truly healthy, reach our health potencial.
As you will see in future episodes, all 8 capitales work together, we must always look at life, not just health in a holistic way. Just like our bodies, our trillions of cells working harmoniously together, the ecosystem that surrounds us must do the same. Our health is determined by our environment, what is around us physically, emotionally and spiritually.
So today I am taking on the form of capital that most people understand as capital, financial capital and how it helps us in our journey to health.
