Alright, in the last episode we got all the fat stuff out of the way so lets get into the importance between the omega 3's and omega 6's.
First things first, the modern diet is dangerously deficient in omega 3 and gamma omega 6 fatty acids and is dangerously toxic with unhealthy forms of omega 6 linoleic fatty acids. The modern diet is dangerously imbalanced in terms of the omega 6 to omega 3 ratio. The ideal fatty acid ratio should range from 3:1 to 1:1 omega 6:omega 3. The modern diet is estimated to be between 15:1 and 22:1. This imbalance has severe health implications.
