On today’s episode, which falls on wellness week. I talk about one of the hardest parts of returning to health and wellness. I say return because that is exactly what it is. I have said this so many times, we naturally look and move towards health.

the hardest part for the majority of people is the internal battle not just the conscious internal battle but the subconscious battle, the part that we don’t even know is going on.

How do we get to the subconscious mind, by being consistent in what we say to ourselves. I am reading a book by Napoleon Hill where I read a really awesome paragraph that he recommends that everybody memorize and repeat daily. Well I took that paragraph and put a healthy twist to it.

I recommend that each and everyone of us memorize this short paragraph and repeat it every day:

“I fully realize that no health or well-being can long endure, unless built upon truth and diligence, therefore, I will engage only in what will bring about a healthy environment that being internal or external and will leave behind anything that deals with sickness. I will succeed by attracting to myself the forces I wish to use, and the cooperation of other people. I will induce others to help me reach my health potencial, because of my willingness to help others reach their health potencial. I will eliminate hatred, envy, jealousy, selfishness, and cynicism, by developing love for all humanity, because I know that a negative attitude toward others can never bring me true health and well-being. I will cause others to believe in me, because I will believe in them, and in myself.
