On today’s episode I talk about a Tedtalk that one of you, the listeners, sent me. I really liked the video presentation and it opened my mind about mental y emotional stress and how we see it. Today I am going to talk about what I listened to.
Chronic stress, the major killer in society causes havoc on our physiology however there are ways that we can change that and it isn’t some huge change in lifestyle. By doing a couple of simple things that you will hear about today you can actually change physiology while stressed. Our bodies are so incredibly smart that it even blows me away at times.
I always talk about how the stress response is intelligent but I never looked at it this way, just great stuff that I hope you enjoy!
