On todays episode I am sharing with you a presentation I gave at a gym where I am living. It is an introduction to the 4 vital points to health and wellness. This is a great episode to share with friends and family because they will hear what the four points are and a brief discription of them. This episode is also for you the listener because it brings you back again to the basics where you can review your progress in achieving true health and wellness.
I talk about the importance of chiropractic in your health, nutrition and eating whole foods, movement, posture and exercise and proper internal dialogue. Proper internal dialogue is really where it all begins.
