Today I give as an example an experience I had just a couple days ago of the importance of reminding ourselves of who we really are.
We are natural ecosystems working harmoniously together to self-heal and self-regulate. We were born happy and positive, that is our natural state of mind. Unfortunately through the experience I had and I imagine experiences that we all have we seem to forget that one simple but very important point.
Hopefully this episode helps you remember and reminds you to always remind yourself of the very simple point: YOU WHERE BORN HAPPY AND POSITIVE!
That does not mean that we will never feel sadness or grief or any other emotion, to truly be happy you must know what sadness is. It just means that your natural state is happiness and positive.
Lets keep on crushing it one day at a time!
