On today’s episode, which happens to fall on permaculture week I talk about food, of course. Actually I am talking about something that is sprayed on our food and why we should try and avoid it at all costs.
A study I found called Glyphosate, pathways to modern diseases II: Celiac sprue and gluten intolerance by Anthony Samsel and Stephanie Seneff talks about what the chemical glyphosate is doing to the health of the world. I use this study and talk about a couple of things glyphosate is doing to our health and how it pretty much parallels the symptoms of celiac disease.
Is it just gluten or does Glyphosate have a lot to do with the huge increase in celiac's disease and gluten intolerance? I have been saying for years and now with this study I am more confident that glyphosate has a huge effect on our health.
What can we do to decrease the amount of glyphosate from our lives? Listen to the best way to do just that!
